Is there a saving on combining shipping?
It all depends on the weight/size of package. So there is unfortunately not always a saving on shipping. Please contact us for more information.
Do you offer more than one shipping method?
We prefer to send our items international airmail, as this is the quickest way you will get your package.
However, due to the fact that international airmail shipping can be pricey, we also offer international surface mail shipping upon request. It is not recommended but is offered as an alternative.
Do you offer insurance/registration?
We can offer package registration for an additional US$3.00. This covers the loss of the package (but not damage) up to the value of US$25.00.
Although package registration is optional, it is highly recommended. An unregistered package is sent at your own risk.
When is payment due?
We request that PayPal payment is received within 5 days of purchase. If payment has not been received within 5 days, the item will be relisted. (Unless you have emailed us for an extension).
Which methods of payment do you accept?
PayPal is our first choice for payment.
Cash in US$ or British Pounds.
International money orders in US$ are accepted as a last resort. Please note that if you send a money order, you will need to include an extra US$3.00 for the banking fee our bank charges to convert foreign currency. Please note that your item will not be mailed unless the banking fee is included. Also please note that money orders take around 2 weeks to clear. Only send as a last resort.
We are unable to accept postal money orders or personal checks.
